CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Only cancellation requests made in accordance with the requirements of this cancellation policy will be considered.  Any cancellation, refund or other request for payment that is not made in line with the requirements of this policy may be rejected outright.

 

The SEOZONE3 platform provides digital services as well as intangible intellectual properties to its different users.  Once any company, consumer, individual or any other legal entity makes a purchase, the service may be cancelled an a request made for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

All requests for cancellation of a service(s) and/or refund(s) must be initiated by the buyer by communicating this request to ”orderseo3@seozone3.com “.

Any cancellation request made 24 hours of purchase, or before confirmation via email by us, whichever comes first, the customer shall be eligible for 100% refund of the amount paid.  Any other claim for a refund will be refused, except:

  • In the event of a failure on our side to provide the services as stated in our website.
  • If we fail to provide updates/reply to the customers for the projects, we have undertaken for them.
  • If we fail to show any report of stages of work to the customer.
  • If we fail to deliver the project to the customer within the stipulated deadline

Under these circumstances a 100%, refund be applicable.

No refund to the customers shall be considered, in cases where we have done work or delivered the project and/or reports to the customers.

A company, consumer, individual or any other legal entity that made a purchase may can exchange purchased servicers for other services we offer subject to complying with all Terms & Conditions of our services and by mutual agreement.

All approved refunds shall be made via the payment method selected by the customer or such other payment method mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Refunds shall be made within 14 working days after approval or such time as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
